RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of its client, a multinational company in the banking sector, BIA is looking for a professional to fill in the position of Recruitment, Training & Development Coordinator. The role of this position is to manage recruitment and internal communication needs within the organizationn together with employee performance & development needs by designing and implementing training plans and performance appraisal processes.

Key responsibilities:

Training
- Prepare and implement company (HR) introduction program for new employees and coordinate with line managers their smooth introduction and training
- Initiate & organize performance appraisal and reviews
- Coordinate the succession planning process for the management group
- Design and implement the competency-based development plans for all employees
- Consult line management to analyze employee learning & development needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide with external consultants specific development activities (seminars, trainings and presentations)

Recruitment
- Coordinate application of professional processes for the recruitment and selection of management positions for the entire organization in order to attract the best talent available
- Planning recruitment needs and graduate recruitment intake
- Implement young graduates’ selection and development processes

Communication
- Consult with line management in order to ensure proper communication to concerned employee groups regarding cross departmental projects
- Implements and checks communication within the company concerning change management, organizational changes


CERINTE

- University level
- Working experience of 2-3 years in HR environment in international company (preferably in Recruitment or Training & Development)
- Proficiency with PC and good presentation skills
- Good knowledge of English
