The main purpose of this job is to offer general support for the recruitment team of Oracle Romania.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Post, maintain and update jobs on internal and all external websites;
-Assist with recruitment advertising campaigns for Oracle Romania;
-Ocasional CVs screening;
-Schedule candidates for interviews;
-Ocasional pre-screening of the candidates;
-Contacting candidates for updates on the recruitment process;
-Updating Icams (recruiting software applications)
-Maintain company recruitment websites, post available positions and update regularly;
-Refference check;
-Preparing and signing offers with candidates;
-Provide feedback to non suitable candidates;
-Employment requests;
-Keep track of the refferal bonuses;
- In charge with the internal newsletter;
-Post and update documents on the HR website;
- Interact and communicate with recruiters in other EMEA countries for ad hoc needs;
-Make travel and visas arrangements;
-General administration functions as requested by the recruitment team;
-Advanced Excel skills essential;
-Fully proficient in Word, PowerPoint and email;
-Fluency in a second European language an advantage;
-Able to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and or sensitive information;
-Must be flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast paced work environment;
-Aptitude for new technology including Dreamweaver an advantage;
-Excellent communications skills;
-Ability to be proactive and maintain a common sense approach;
-Self motivation and ability to work unsupervised;
-2 years experience in a similar role would be a plus;
-Experience of working in a recruitment environment an advantage;
