Your responsibilities:
- reporting to the European Recruitment Manager
- recruitment of sales, engineers and management profiles for different business units in the Romanian PTC entity or in the European ones
- coverage especially of the German market
- full responsibility for the recruitment flow: briefing with the hiring managers, choice and application of relevant recruitment strategies (ads, sourcing, networking tools, databases ...), pre-selection of candidates, and follow up during the integration phase.
If you have
A. - 1-2 years experience in recruitment processes
AND good German
or
B. - background in HR-related sciences and wish to enter the field
AND perfect German skills
