We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our young, motivated and ambitious team, within a professional working environment, with opportunities to develop a career in HR consultancy field.
The Recruitment Specialist will work at the client site and s/he will be responsible for the delivery of an entire recruitment process. More specifically, the Recruitment Specialist will:
- discuss with the hiring managers and identify the current recruitment needs
- choose the most suitable channels for candidate search
- perform CV search and CV screening
- perform phone interviews and face-to-face interviews
- prepare all the necessary information for the job offers
- update the project information permanently and draw periodical or on demand activity reports
- act as a consultant for the client whenever her/his expertise is required and always act in the clients’ best interest
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably for IT&C field);
- General HR knowledge;
- IT&C technical background - Computer related studies (high-school or university) or at least 6 months working experience within an IT company / department; knowledge of IT&C market is an advantage;
- HR training is a plus;
- University Degree;
- English – fluent (compulsory), German or French would be a plus;
- PC skills (MS Office, Internet etc);
- Very good communication & interpersonal skills, active listening;
- Client and results oriented. Problem solving skills. Attention to details;
- Ability to respect deadlines and to follow procedures;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Positive approach;
- Planning, organizing and prioritizing skills;
- Good analytical skills;
