RESPONSABILITATI

- Maintaining and developing a strong candidate pipeline through research, networking, direct sourcing, internet, social media websites, message boards, etc.
- Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews
- Maintain the connection with recruitment agencies, universities and cultural centers in relation to recruiting qualified people
- Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall to management and for the ongoing development of alternate recruiting channels.
- Keep an eye close permanent to all recruiting sources in order to update the ads and increase the number of candidates
- Generate new ideas in order to increase the number of applicants
- Update the data base of the candidates
- Issues various statistic reports
- Participate at the job fairs, recruitment corners and business presentations at universities or other events
- Negotiating and closing responsibilities to include explaining employment terms and conditions to candidates
- Offer support for other HR administration tasks


CERINTE

- Very good command of French language
- Good computer literacy(excell advanced)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous call centre experience would be considered a plus
- Stress tolerance and organized
- Fast, proactive and open minded person with “can do/succeed” attitude
