Position Summary: As a Sr. Recruiter, your primary responsibilities include identifying, attracting and retaining the top quality hires, understanding the business needs and partnering with the hiring manager and HR to fully understand the staffing strategy for the business.
The main clients for this role are the hiring manager, internal and external candidates, other companies/agencies of recruitment/networking companies in the field of Real Estate Development/professional field.
You will develop long and short-term, cost-effective recruitment strategies working in partnership with hiring business managers and Human Resource generalists and work closely with Line of Business staffing colleagues across the firm.
You will also demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs by proactively offering solutions, participating in meetings, consulting with managers on hiring process, managing expectations and negotiating deliverables (e.g., timing).
In addition, you will creatively source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels (Job Sites, direct sourcing, internet, employee referrals, community involvement, job fairs, etc.), understand line of business diversity goals and provide candidate slates in support of these goals, keep current on the local labor market and share information with clients and colleagues, and act as a subject matter expert for areas of staffing responsibility.
Applies the policy and procedures of the Company to identify, attract and retain the best professionals on the market.
Is actively involved in creation of HR internal policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Understand business staffing needs, develop appropriate job descriptions, evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers/HR Managing Director for review.
- Provide regular progress updates to hiring manager throughout the process, drive the recruitment process and ensure candidate decisions are made in a timely manner, and solicit feedback on candidates and refine recruiting strategy, as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process, including the sharing of manager feedback after hiring decision has been made.
- Partner with Human Resources generalist to create the offer based on current labor market rates, extend and negotiate employment offers with candidates by selling both the firm and the position and complete pre-employment processes according to company guidelines.
- Use the complete functionality of Job Sites and maintain data integrity within the system, develop different recruitment reports, maintain a up-to date DataBase
- Provide staffing reports in support of business objectives, display knowledge/understanding of HRIS (i.e. IntraNet, Web Job Sites etc.) as necessary, and complete special projects, as needed.
- Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities; establishing and following professional relationship with recruitment agencies and universities
- Creating and updating specific HR procedures related to recruitment, HR employment HandBook, performance evaluation process, work contracts, termination etc


CERINTE

- University Degree in Human Resources Management / Economics / Psychology / Sociology
- 3 to 4 years prior recruitment experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferable within a recruitment agency
- Experience with high volume recruitment projects for professional and management positions, solid interviewing skills
- Knowledge of advanced internet search techniques preferred
- Client focus, multi-tasking, communication, organizational, negotiation, influencing and consulting skills required
- Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information required
- Experience in sourcing, screening, assessing, recruiting, and hiring candidates required
- Experience in recruiting entry/professional, senior level management
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Good to very good English
- PC skills: MS Office
