RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage selection process which include screening applicants, interviewing, assessing candidates, and recommending finalists;
- Prepare and place external job advertisements;
- Develop and maintain the relationship with potential external sources (recruitment agencies, universities etc.);
- Undertake administrative duties connected with recruitment process.


CERINTE

- University Degree;
- At least 2 years experience in recruitment;
- Previous exposure in recruitment projects for IT industry would be an advantage;
- Experience in sourcing, screening, assessing, recruiting, and hiring candidates required;
- Flexibility and adaptability to a various number of recruitment projects;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good organizing skills, time management, attention to details and ability to work fast and under pressure.
