- Executes recruitment plans by searching for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources;
- Manages selection process which includes screening applicants, interviewing, assessing candidates, and recommending finalists, and filling the staffing needs within the defined requirements;
- Provides recruitment analysis and support;
- Follows up the final stages of successful candidates employment;
- Provides assistance in the process of new employee orientation;
- Provides soft skills training of new employees.
- University degree;
- Previous experience in recruiting and training;
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- High energy and positive attitude;
- Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
- Fluency in English.
