¿ Executes recruitment plans by searching for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources;
¿ Manages selection process which includes screening applicants, interviewing, assessing candidates, and recommending finalists, and filling the staffing needs within the defined requirements;
¿ Provides recruitment analysis and support;
¿ Follows up the final stages of successful candidates employment;
¿ Provides assistance in the process of new employee orientation;
¿ Provides soft skills training of new employees.
¿ University degree;
¿ Previous experience in recruiting and training;
¿ Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
¿ High energy and positive attitude;
¿ Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
¿ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point);
¿ Fluency in English.
