RESPONSABILITATI

- Write complete and detailed search assignments (client engagement documents), ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements
- Use psychological tests in the recruitment activity
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leader
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.

We are searching for a SENIOR RECRUITER - PSYCHOLOGIST, who will provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting within our company.

The ideal Candidate will have :

- Graduated Psychology
- Working / experience with psychological tests is a must
- English language - very well spoken and written / German language is an advantage
- 2-3 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
- Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
