- Responsible - together with the hiring managers/supervisors and/or HR Business Partners for fulfilment of the recruitment needs;
- Administrates the sourcing and selection processes, within the quality criteria and agreed KPIs for the assigned functions - Danone positions, as well as outsourced ones
- Offers support to all the hiring managers (in defining the ideal candidate profile, selection criteria, identifying the most appropriate recruitment sources, interviewing techniques, selection tools and criteria etc.)
- Coordinates the Internal & External Job Posting for all recruitment projects
- Maintains on-going the relationship with the outsourcing companies (leasing, recruitment & executive search)
Employer branding:
- Participates in the initiation and/or implementation of different Employer Branding programs (in the functions assigned or transversal projects);
- Organizes Danone?s participation in job fairs/company presentations (campus events), etc. for the assigned projects, under the supervision of the Corporate Recruitment Manager
- 2-3 years in recruitment, with volume projects and coverage of all professional levels. Experience in employer branding or internal communication is a plus.
Knowledge of competency based interview techniques (behaviour and situation based interview, assessment center, group role play etc.).
