- Processing and analyzing personnel reports and statistics.
- University graduate;
- Personnel Inspector Certificate is a plus;
- Experience in recruitment, job shop arranger, campus recruitment, etc;
- Very good computer skils (Excel, Word, payroll software);
- Fluency in both written and spoken English;
- Very good knowledge of Romanian Labour legislation;
- Good communication skills, customer focus.
