In an international insurance company he/she will reports to: CFO

Job summary:
Activities connected with recruitment of new employees.
Main activities:
- Finds out needs of new employees and co-operates in assignment of qualification
preconditions for performances.
- Maintains contact with recruitment agencies and labour offices.
- Arranges for internal and external personnel advertising.
- Prepares and organises recruitment.
- Maintains relationships with internal and external clients.
- Conducts interviews with candidates for positions.
- Undertakes administrative duties connected with recruitment process.
- Is responsible for employee database maintenance.
- Provides support during adaptation process management.
- May maintain personnel agenda, administer labour-law issues concerning recruitment,
employment and redundancy, co-operates with social security and health insurance
institutions.


CERINTE

- At least one year experience in HR management.
- Extensive legal knowledge relating to preparation and signing of labour contract.
- Good communication skills.
- English knowledge is a must.
- Works independently.
