RESPONSABILITATI

- Recruiting and selecting qualified candidates using the latest and the most adequate methods and resources. This basically means to fully understand our clients needs not only by asking questions but also by providing information.
- You will identify and attract the best professionals wherever they are and by any necessary means; will also gain their full trust and confidence.
- You will select and assess candidates accordingly to our client¿s needs and using state-of-the art assessment tools.


CERINTE

- You must have at least a bachelor¿s degree.
- Most important skills: Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity, Sales Skills and Persistence.
- Relevant experience in a similar position and the related abilities: interviewing skills, psychological profiling, and assessment techniques.
- You must be the same highly organized and proactively creative, a self-trusted independent and also a team addict; you must have interpersonal & communication skills, be a natural born winner and a customer-oriented player.
- English proficiency and PC skills.
