RESPONSABILITATI

- Conducts recruitment, selection, employment of people, interviews job applicants, reviews application/resume, evaluates applicant’s skills and makes recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications;
- Coordinates new employee's orientations and explains benefits to employees;
- Maintains knowledge of current issues and labour law related to employment policy;
- Maintains communication with all company’s departments in order to periodically inform about recruitment procedures;
- Solves all issues regarding recruitment and selection in a professional and timely manner;


CERINTE

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication and English skills (spoken & written);
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, use of HR best practices;
- Initiative, flexible, result oriented and responsible, team player
