RESPONSABILITATI

- Partners with hiring managers in understanding their business requirements;
- Pre-screens external candidates, conducts interviews and recommends suitable candidates to hiring managers;
- Develops and maintains candidates’ recruitment database;
- Maintains contact with agreed recruitment agencies;
- Provides regular recruitment status reports on all open positions;
- Coordinates campus recruitment activities.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- 3 yrs proven experience in human resources field;
- Proven track record in successfully recruiting professionals;
- Advanced knowledge of interviewing techniques;
- Very good analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks;
- Able to take the initiative and complete all assigned tasks within the required time period;
- MS Office proficiency;
- Very good command of English;
- Willingness to learn and growth within HR operations.
