As a Recruiter you are responsible to ensure a timely and qualitative recruitment and selection process:
- Design and post job advertisement;
- Run first interview & first selection;
- Advise management during the selection process;
- Administer candidates data (response letter, candidates database etc).
Requirements:
- University graduate - Psychology;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection methods and techniques (psychological tests, interview techniques etc.)
PROFILE:
We are looking for a mature and self-disciplined person with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
As a recruiter you are expected to be a good judge of characters, able to sense and understand the human behaviour.
The communication abilities and interpersonal skills are a must.
