• Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and participate in sourcing activities.
• Utilize client requests to assess job requirements and potential applicant resources.
• Post positions to community, intranet and social media sites, search engines and niche regional and/or industry job boards.
• Conduct resume screens and assess candidate qualifications to present qualified applicants to Recruiters.
• Manage administrative aspects of searches for each open position / tracking and reporting recruitment metrics
• Research and maintain high level of expertise with new technology platforms and resources.
• Advanced English
• Previous experience in sourcing and/or recruiting is a plus
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional and positive attitude
• Organizational skills and attention to detail skills
• Advanced level internet, social media, discussion/user groups, blogs, etc. experience and skills preferred
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00.
This is a determined project (3 months) with the possibility of extending.
