- Co-ordinate the placing of internal and/or external ads to find candidates;
- Works closely with managers to define candidate qualifications;
- Analyses workforce planning and staffing needs within assigned operational areas;
- Identifies sources and implements recruitment plan;
- Conducts screening interviews;
- Interviews potential candidates and co-ordinates with line management concerning the fit with the job;
- Guides and consults hiring managers with selection methods, salaries and compensation package;
- Obtains references in accordance with established company procedure;
- Administers appropriate standardized tests to recruits;
- Prepares routine documentation appropriate to the recruitment process and engagement of new employees;
- Obtains temporary employees on requests;
- Assures compliance with legal requirements.
- University degree;
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in the recruitment area;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills attention to details;
- Excellent problem solving abilities;
- Pro-activity and flexibility approach;
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented approach;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Computer literate.
