The nominee will contribute effectively to personnel recruitment and selection-related approaches initiated and developed by Alpha Bank Romania’s Human Resources Division and perform, among other duties, specific tasks such as: screening applications; scheduling and conducting interviews; informing the candidates on specific job’s aspects (requirements, compensations & benefits etc.); selecting / short-listing candidates; providing guidance and feed-back to the applicants; doing corresponding administrative duties.
The nominee is also expected to actively participate and contribute to the Recruitment Department’s initiated/ assumed specific projects.
- University graduated of Psychology, Psychology-Sociology Faculties;
- At least 2 years proven experience in personnel recruitment and selection processes;
- Relevant knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection tools and techniques;
- Good command of English, both spoken and written;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- People oriented person, with highly-developed communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- It is a must for the nominee to be very well-organized, accurate, efficient and flexible;
- Reliability, commitment and attention to details are also mandatory requirements;
- Team-oriented person, with proactive attitude;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever necessary, capable to perform in a highly demanding professional environment.
