RESPONSABILITATI

-Responsible to ensure a timely and qualitative recruitment and selection process, focusing mainly on senior/specialist/ mid-management positions;
-Keep close contact with line management in order to ensure a proactive & correct identification of the recruitment needs;
-Advise upon the most appropriate recruitment sources to be used;
-Design and post internal/ external advertisement;
-Run first interview & first selection;
-Advise management during the selection process;
-Extend the employment offer to the candidates;
-Administer candidates data (response letter, candidates database, etc)


CERINTE

-University degree, preferably in Social Sciences;
-Solid knowledge on recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
-Over 2 years of experience in a similar position;
-Prior experience within banking sector is a major asset;
-Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
-A mature, consistentand self-disciplined person with a high level of adaptability and flexibility;
-A good judge of characters, able to sense and understand the human behavior;
- Very good communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
