RESPONSABILITATI

- Identifies sources, implements recruitment strategies and recommends the best alternatives in order to meet staff needs;
- Co-ordinates and organizes the entire recruitment and selection process for the existing vacancies in the assigned areas (from recruiting need identification to job offer), including:
- Interviewing and testing candidates,
- Making recommendations to line management concerning the fit with the job,
- Organizing administrative tasks related to recruitment,
- Ensuring that all relevant information about applicants is recorded.
- May provide internal training and consultancy on recruiting and selection techniques to line management and direct supervisors of the vacant positions, in any Germanos location across the country.


CERINTE

- Minimum 2 years experience on a similar position, preferably with an international company;
- Good recruitment and selection techniques knowledge;
- Training skills represent an asset;
- University degree (preferably Psychology);
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written);
- Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, ability to meet deadlines, team worker;
- Good PC skills;
- Availability to travel within the country.
