RESPONSABILITATI

As a Recruitment Officer you are responsible to ensure a timely and qualitative recruitment and selection process, focusing on retail network positions.
Also you will offer support on human resources matters, competent advice and counseling to our retail business partners (ING Office Managers).
- Perform only final interviews and offer feedback to the Office Managers regarding their short listed candidates;
- Advise and agrees (with Office Mangers) upon the job profile (job responsibilities, specific job requirements etc);
- Identifies and agrees (with Office Mangers) upon the most appropriate recruitment sources;
- Offer coaching on human resources matters to Office Managers;
- Develop motivational programs;
- Identify current and prospective job requirements;
- Participate in the evaluation process for existing Office Managers and assistants;
- Responsible to ensure a timely and complete data recording in the related database;
- Monitor offices assistants turn over in order to have a perspective about this status for the entire network;


CERINTE

- University degree, preferably in Social Sciences
- Over 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- Interviewing skills and techniques, internal advisory and consulting skills;
- Good PC skills – Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Very good English level (spoken & written);
