RESPONSABILITATI

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Maintaining and developing a strong candidate pipeline through research, networking, direct sourcing, internet, social media websites, message boards, etc.
- Builds candidate pools for key profiles and initiates special hiring initiatives
- Day-to-day supervises recruitment staff - assigning work load and manages recruitment process within the team
- Consults with Operations team on recruitment plans, assisting them with defining clear job skill specifications and the appropriate sourcing strategy
- Taking part at various team & operational meetings in order to define the best action plan
- Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews
- Maintain the connection with recruitment agencies, universities and cultural centers in relation to recruiting qualified people
- Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall to management and for the ongoing development of alternate recruiting channels.
- Keep an eye close permanent to all recruiting sources in order to update the ads and increase the number of candidates
- Generate new ideas in order to increase the number of applicants
- Update the data base of the candidates
- Issues various statistic reports
- Participate at the job fairs, recruitment corners and business presentations at universities or other events
- Negotiating and closing responsibilities to include explaining employment terms and conditions to candidates


CERINTE

- Over 4 years experience in recruiting in Call Center/ BPO Industry in foreign language profiles
- Excellent command of French and English
- Experience in managing people
- Good network in the HR industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stress tolerance and organized
- Fast, proactive and open minded person with “can do/succeed” attitude
