- Manage all recruitments projects and respect deadlines and budgets
- Manage, lead and coach the recruitment team
- Initiate, develop and manage the relationship with recruitment sourcing companies and educational institutions
- Develop and promote company image on the market
- Maintain a high lever of internal customer satisfaction
- At least 5 years work experience and 2 years of experience as Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Coordinator or Team Leader
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of labor market.
- Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent task and team management, able to change priorities according to organizational needs
- Ability to coach & motivate team members;
- Experience in working in a multinational and dynamic/changing environment
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
