· Partnering with operations management, so that recruitment and selection of employees meet business needs
· Researching and utilizing time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential employees
· Utilizing proactive and various search methods to source candidates, including advertising (print and web based), employee referrals, recruitment agencies and personal networking
· Oversee the recruitment process from job specification to offer and acceptance
· Conduct interviews for different positions
· Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate volume recruitment :
· Plan, allocate resources, monitor progress and provide hiring reports on volume projects
· Proactively search for staffing solutions when having a limited candidate pool and provide alternative solutions
· Coach Recruiters on complex hiring projects
Analyze and report on recruitment activities:
· Provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports
· Drive recruitment process improvement
· Document all the hiring activities, by using approppriate company systems and procedures
· Participate in various HR projects, as per company needs.
Position is located in Bucharest.
- University graduate
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience for position at different hieratical level;
- Volume hiring management is a strong advantage
- Computer skills (MS Office) and good typing skills
- Ability of sourcing the best candidates from what can sometimes be a limited talent pool
- Experience of competency/behavior based interviewing techniques is an advantage
- Project management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Team player; Innovative approach to problem solving;
- Positive, enthusiastic, self-starter;
- Results driven;
- Ability to adapt.
