The ideal candidate will have a proven record of HR program and project management in a fast paced BPO/ call center environment;
- Position specific talent identification strategies, initiatives, and tactics including networking, internet job boards and social media, database mining, referrals, ad response, professional outreach, agencies, and advanced recruiting techniques.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc. Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting specialists;
- Pre-screens resumes and documents candidate evaluation and interview process and update the data base of the candidates; Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers as well as setting and managing expectations;
- Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a compliant and timely manner;
- Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall to management and for the ongoing development of alternate recruiting channels with full understanding, interpretation and application of employment market trends;
- Keep an eye permanently to all recruiting sources in order to update the ads and increase the number of candidates;
- Day – to – day supervise recruitment staff;
- Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for hiring managers
- Negotiating and closing responsibilities to include explaining employment terms and conditions to candidates;
- Offer support for other HR administration tasks;

CERINTE

- Very good command of English language (other European language would be a plus);
- Good computer literacy, including high level of Excel;
- Big picture orientation with attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information are required
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (especially in the BPO/ call center industry)
- Must be a team player with the ability to handle a high volume of open positions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to dive deep and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
- Trustworthy, dynamic, sociable
- Ready for learning new things and bringing add value to the team
- MANDATORY: Identify, evaluate, and manage proactive recruitment sourcing plans
