We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join a busy and expanding British owned recruitment solutions company in Bucharest. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year direct experience of working with clients at a multinational level in providing the highest calibre of staff for their current and ongoing needs. Knowledge of training and development is an advantage as is a broad understanding of other industries from banking and finance to construction, manufacturing, management and FMCG.
You will speak and write in fluent English as all transactions, interviews and company business is conducted in English. You will be able to demonstrate your abilities immediately and develop both your existing client portfolio and help attract new clients through the regular marketing of the company and its products. You will be educated to degree level or higher and possess an appropriate qualification in recruitment and/or human resources. The salary package will be dependent upon your experience, age and the presentation you make at the interview.
