RESPONSABILITATI

- Coordinating the recruitment and selection process for all the projects in the company
- Implementing high effective recruiting strategies
- Building strong relationships with the business clients
- Providing professional support to the clients in interviewing techniques and advising on the best structure of interviewing panels to maximize success in selecting the right person for the particular role.


CERINTE

- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection area
- English - advanced level
- Ability to coordinate the recruitment process for 10+ simultaneous opened positions
- Strong administrative, organizational & planning skills
- Communicative, energetic & enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ approach to tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team but also independently
- Ability to stay focused when working under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
- Customer service orientated
- Analytical & financial skills
