- University graduate;
- Extensive market knowledge and experience in one of the following fields: Engineering, Sales&Marketing, IT&C, Human Resources, Banking;
- Minimum 1 year previous involvment with recruitment activities;
- Brilliant at customer relations;
- Talented for evaluating characters and skills;
- Good communicator and active listener;
- Highly organized and results oriented;
- Ethic, discrete and self confident;
- Enthusiastic, looking for a challenge and new learning opportunities;
- Flexible attitude;
- Proficient in English and another European language;
- PC literate.
