RESPONSABILITATI

- Active involvement in recruitment process;
- Establish the profile of the candidates, along with the client;
- Identify new sources to find candidates;
- Coordinates the recruitment and selection process;
- Creates recruitment announces;
- Plan and conducts the interviews,
- Makes recommendations to the client;


CERINTE

- University degree (preferably technical background);
- Experience in industrial/retail field;
- Extensive market knowledge;
- Previous involvement with recruitment activities is an advantage;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and to manage several projects in the same time;
- Good communicator and active listener;
- Highly organized and results oriented person;
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, looking for a challenge and new learning opportunities;
- Very good english command ;
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
