Your key responsilities will include:
- Searching and identifying the market, using a variety of techniques to build your candidate pool;
- Accurating compiling and agreeing with job profile with your clients;
- Finalising contract negotiations and representing the company in front of potential clients;
- Preparing reports based on activity, project status and financial accomplishments;
- Managing the testing of candidates and visitors who apply to be part of our database;
- Sourcing new clients continuously in the market;
- Participating in mass recruitment projects or assessments as and when needed;
- Previous experience of working in recruitment, preferably with a background in finance or law is essential;
- Familiar with different HR and Interviewing techniques to ensure accurate and complex interviews can be hosted with senior professionals;
- Excellent English and Romanian skills - confident with presenting in front of a group;
- Proactive, confident and enthusiastic;
- Open, friendly and able to communmicate with anybody!
