- 2+ years experience of recruitment: preferably with an emphasis on recruiting financial/accounting/legal personnel;
- perseverant: to fulfil each project irrespective of challenges and obstacles and to do this whilst keeping a sense of humor and smile on your face!
- commercially minded: able to run a project from beginning to end with minimal supervision, always focussing on the result, respecting the deadlines and contractual obligations;
- communicative: able to work as part of a team, understanding the individual business units' role within a much larger organisation, supporting them as and when required;
- english: very strong english skills as most of our clients require reports and correspondence to be communicated in English;
- personality: we're looking for a strong personality, able to adapt in any environment, be flexible in terms of attitude and most importantly, be able to build long-lasting relationships with all of your clients.
