RESPONSABILITATI

- Performs full recruitment processes: recruitment announcement, CV's screening, executive search and head hunting, face-to-face interview, recruitment delivery, recruitment reports;
- Planning recruitment processes: individual organizing of more simultaneous projects of permanent and temporary recruitment;
- Direct collaboration with business customers in order to define profiles of candidates for vacancies;
- Providing care for our permanent beneficiaries before and after placement;
- Development portfolio of clients;
- Updates the existing databases on a regular basis.

CERINTE

- University degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources);
- Minimum 3 years experience in human resources;
- Very Good knowledge of interview techniques, recruitment & selection, HR consulting tools and methodologies;
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities;
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels;
- Proven experience in managing projects and handling client relationships;
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports;
- Fluency in English;
- Advanced computer skills.
