- Preparing and placing the job advertisements on different channels;
- Identifying the potential candidates through standard and innovative methods;
- Conducting interviews and providing support for the candidates in all stages of the recruitment process;
- Presenting adequate short lists to the client, sustained by assessments of the candidates’ competencies and following-up the recruitment and integration processes;
- Delivering quantitative results while maintaining a qualitative approach;
- Supplying clients with a professional perspective on the market.

- minimum 2 years experience in recruitment (an experience in a recruitment agency would be a definite advantage);
- strong market overview and a business development attitude;
- good knowledge of the recruitment techniques;
- multitasking abilities, in order to manage various projects simultaneously;
- a result-oriented attitude, able to meet dead-lines and targets;
- the ability to collaborate with our team.
You need to have the potential, the willingness to act and the ability to carry out the recruiting process, mainly based on a consultative perspective.
