RESPONSABILITATI

- Will work closely with and report into the founder and Director of Optima Talent and to the Bucharest office leader/manager
- Use direct sales & marketing email and calls to businesses in London to generate work
- Using research methods to identify candidates for clients to generate interviews and therefore revenue
- Head hunt and present roles to the candidates


CERINTE

- Recruitment experience in : Data security, Project management and Consultancy, Legal, Risk,Compliance, Asset management.
- B to B sales experience is essential
- At least 2 year experience in some kind of professional sales (not retail)
- A high standard of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of the financial services or technology sectors is a plus
- Willing to learn new skills and way of working
- Ability to work autonomously and to drive business growth
- University degree level education
Please note candidates with retail sales experience will not be considered this is a role requiring professional business to business sales experience and ideally experience of selling high value or complex services or recruitment.
