RESPONSABILITATI

- Schedule candidates for interview
- Post, maintain and update jobs on internal and all external websites
- Assist with recruitment advertising campaigns for Oracle Romania
- Arrange travels and visas
- Handle reporting activities for the Recruitment team
- Maintain company recruitment websites, post available positions and update regularly
- Preparing and sending out offers to candidates including administration process and work permits
- Interact and communicate with recruiters in other EMEA countries for ad hoc needs
- General administration functions as requested by the recruitment team
- Provide feedback to non suitable candidates


CERINTE

- Two years experience in a similar role
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced start up environment is essential
- Fluency in Romanian and English are a must
- Excellent PC and web skills
- Experience of recruitment practices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interact with people
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- University level degree preferred
- Innovative approach to problem solving
- Good organization and administration skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
