Planning and execution of the recruitment and selection process:
- identify and use the best recruitment sources and channels
- prepare and place job advertisements
- manage selection process (screening CVs, interviewing, recommending short list)
- provides assistance in the process of new employees orientation
Undertakes administrative duties connected with recruitment process (candidates database, periodically reports, etc).
Reports directly to HR manager.
Based on the success and desire, position may develop to cover more areas of HR.
University degree.
At least 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably within international environment.
Able to manage several recruiting projects at the same time.
Creative and open minded personality.
Positive attitude and open to learn.
Very good knowledge of English language.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
