We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment process according to company objectives;
- Analyzing clients needs, planning and implementing the steps for the recruitment projects;
- Providing status updates to clients on position and candidate progress;
- Maintain and update human resources documents;
- Additional duties, tasks and projects as assigned or requested by the company;
- 1-3 years of staffing /recruiting / HR process experience ( in a recruitment agency or in a multinational environment);
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic and results oriented environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Self starter and quick learner;
- Fluency in English is a must;
