What you will do as Recruiter ( short list of tasks)
- interview applicants (face to face, skype ), providing guidance and feed-back to the applicants, applicants registration, reference or background checks on job applicants;
- ensuring all paperwork are received and completed according to policies;
- propose selected Candidate’s for employment and organize interviews with employers

What you will do as Junior Recruiter ( short list of tasks)
- interview applicants ( phone ), providing guidance and feed-back to the applicants, applicants registration
- inform job applicants of program details;
- build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR RECRUITER and JUNIOR RECRUITER
- Around 2 years experience in recruiting and selection projects
- Human Resources / Recruitment degree
- Ability to work in a multicultural and matrix environment
- Fluent in English, any other European language being a plus (German, Greece, Spanish)
- Good knowledge of Horeca Industry – being a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills and capacity of solving problems, high level of initiative and working forward attitude, results driven, enthusiastic and team player, reliable and willing to take on responsibilities and challenges; a high standard of personal presentation, confident and welcoming personality is a MUST!

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP JOB: the internship is designed for 2 months and at the end of the internship there is a possibility to extend it into a permanent job as a junior recruiter.

ROLE DURING THE INTERNSHIP:
assist senior recruiters and take part in the company recruitment projects ;
understanding the hospitality industry: company profiles, hierarchy charts, type of personnel we recruit, job descriptions for every department and vacancy available
understanding the company philosophy and every recruitment program
understanding the recruitment steps, procedures , applications, assessment forms and documentation used in the recruitment projects
take part in company trainings such us: recruitment steps, telephone etiquette; customer service, solving complain, etc
performing specific tasks such as : providing guidance and feed-back to the applicants, interviews schedules, applicants registration, reference or background checks on job applicants; Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies; Inform job applicants of program details ( type of program, documentation required, duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities, etc .
