1.Planning recruitment processes: individual organizing of recruitment
2.search of personnel: drafting ads, request of approval to the line manager for ads on newspapers, magazines, internet. Placing ads on Quanta's website, radio, flyers, posters and others, in order to attract a suficient amount of applicants for every project.
3.Screening the CVs:and analyzing them in order to select a number of candidates for the interview, contacting them and organizing the interviews
4. conducting interviews
5. testing candidates: sending or delivering tests, supervising the correct execution of Quanta tests
6.writing professional profiles, according to Quanta drafts
7.keeping a positive relationship with the existing clients
- university graduate
- fluent in English or Italian
- preferablle, experience in HR field and project management
- ability to develop client relationship
- organized person, available for extra hours and projects outside Bucharest
- driving license (applications of candidates who do not have a driving license and drive within Bucharest) will not be considered)
