RESPONSABILITATI

To provide support to the Recruitment & Logistics Department
To classify the CVs received by the company according to Qualification Criteria.
To prepare the Job Descriptions as per the client requirements
To prepare the tests for the interviews as per the client & job requirements
To prepare the advertisements and to organize the advertising campaign
To conduct the pre-interviews and the interviews
To establish the final selection of the candidates in order to submit their application to the clients
To sustain the applicants and the client representatives in the final interview session
To update the Archive and the Data Base with the latest information regarding the applicants
To support the logistics officers when required a fast mobilization process
To negotiate the contractual terms between the client and the selected personnel


CERINTE

- Technical University degree
- Previous experience within a construction company would be a plus
- Previous experience in Human Resources field would be a plus
- Strong analytical approach of the problems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Good oral, presentation & written communication skills in English.
- Able to communicate efficiently with a variety of nationalities and educational levels
- PC literate with word processing in a Windows environment
- An additional foreign language would be a plus.
- Able to work with deadlines
