We are a German based management consultancy. Our “traditional” focus is the support for companies mainly from German speaking countries that want to start up or extend their business in Romania. The recruiting of highly qualified personnel for Western European companies becomes increasingly important to us so that we would like to expand this part of our business.
To support us in our expansion, we are looking for a
Recruiter
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform some or all of the following tasks for a recruiting Process:
- Find adequate candidates through several HR-research techniques
- Establish the first contact with potential candidates
- Evaluate CVs for advertised search campaigns
- Conduct first interviews on the phone with potential candidates
- Relevant experience in Recruiting, especially in direct/executive search
- Knowledge of research techniques in Recruiting
- University degree
- Good knowledge of English, German is a plus
- Affinity for technologies and/or IT would be a plus
- Polite and professional appearance and way to communicate
- Loyal and fair attitude
- Computer Skills (MS Office, Internet browsers)
