RESPONSABILITATI

- Develop and use proven, cost-effective recruiting strategies to fill job openings.
- Attend conferences, association meetings, job fairs, and other networking events to build relationships, promote the firm, and develop an understanding of the regional employment market.
- Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.
- Apply expertise in consulting and technical recruiting to identify, engage, and hire candidates.
- Provide expertise on the regional employment market to ensure competitiveness in hiring.
- Work closely with hiring managers, human resources manager, and executive leadership to participate in planning activities to determine hiring needs, trends, and recruiting strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recruits throughout the interviewing process (i.e., communicate status, answer questions, extend offers, schedule start dates, and coordinate all follow-up efforts).
- Track, analyze, and report candidate pipeline status, recruitment trends, and key performance indicators.
- Work with hiring managers and human resources manager to create position descriptions.
- Plan, coordinate and execute on-campus recruitment efforts (i.e., information sessions, career fairs) and interviewing efforts (i.e., establish interviewing dates, schedule interviewers).
- Build relationships and serve as the point-of-contact for university career center personnel and faculty.
- Promote employee referral bonus program.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.


CERINTE

- Experience in full life-cycle recruiting as a corporate or 3rd party recruiter would be a plus
- Experience of interviewing and assessing candidates would be a plus
- Experience with technical recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for consulting or professional services firms.
- Previous training on interviewing techniques.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR or HR-related fields.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Proven understanding of cost-effective recruiting strategies.
- Experience with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to exhibit professional maturity.
- English at an advanced level (reading, writing and speaking).
