Our company is an important player on the recruiting, selection and HR consultancy field, at the CEE level. Our company has the vision to become the most trusted recruitment and consultancy company in Romania.
In order support our growth on the Romanian market, we are currently looking for a high professional in the position of RECRUITER.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of the recruitment and selection consultant is to provide our company’s customers with excellent services in the field according to their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Utilising proactive Recruitment and Executive Search methods to source skills/candidates in Romania
• Establishing and maintaining network of contacts in Romania
• Search the company and web board databases for relevant candidates
• Co-coordinating all recruitment sourcing including advertising (print and web based), candidates referrals and personal networking
• Develop specific lead-generation channel
• Researching and utilising the most time and cost effective methods of identifying quality potential employees
• Partnering with the business to co-ordinate recruitment and selection of candidates to meet agreed needs
• Drive use of e-recruitment methods to achieve best practice
• Educate clients to implement best recruitment practice using competency based interviewing
• Oversee the recruitment process from job spec to offer and acceptance
• Manage applications and response, providing feedback to customers and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner
• May be required to travel occasionally
• Reaches established sales targets and service levels
• Suggests improvements to work flows and work processes in order to maximize the department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Uses personal time management techniques to carry out responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner.


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years recruitment experience preferably
• 2 years experience of utilising state of the art candidate sourcing methods
• Fluency in English and Romanian a must
• Experience of competency based interviewing and recruitment practices
• Knowledge of psychometric testing - preferable
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures
• Proven ability to build relationships across international/organisational boundaries
