RESPONSABILITATI

- Defines and implements recruitment programs to meet needs.
- Co-operates with line management and determines future personnel needs, working closely with them to identify and define the profiles & requirements.
- Organizes and supervises administrative tasks related to recruitment (placing of internal and/or external ads, resume screening, interviews scheduling), ensuring that all relevant information for new employees is recorded;
- Interviews potential candidates and co-ordinates with line management concerning the fit with the job; recommends candidates for further consideration.
- Follows the hiring standards and practices of the company for all classes of employment;
- Proactively contributes to the improvement of the recruitment process, procedures and tools, such way to support the most effectively the personnel needs of the company.


CERINTE

- Min. 2 years experience on a similar position;
- University degree;
- Interviewing and recruitment techniques skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Decisiveness, self management, accountability, tenacity, excellent communication & organizational skills;
- PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
