Tasks:
- Organizing meetings, bookings and protocol arrangements
- Taking care of visitors
- Taking care of the kitchen supply
- Taking care of the meeting rooms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent organization skills
- Punctual and responsible
- Ability to work independently, high (self-) motivation
