RESPONSABILITATI

JOB PURPOSE
In your role as a receptionist you will have to be the interface between Freescale Romania and external suppliers, visitors and guests. As an office administrator you will have to ensure the best quality of the Freescale’s site facilities and you will have to ensure an efficient purchasing process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

as a receptionist you will have to:
- to welcome and to manage all Freescale’s visitors
- to answer all incoming calls offering all the necessary information
- to forward incoming calls inside Freescale according with the caller request and Freescale internal organization.
- to manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and shipments reception & delivery
- to take pictures of the new employees and to order access cards for them
- to offer support for the special events organized by Freescale

as an office administrator you will have to:
- to maintain a good relation with building administrators and suppliers in order to manage all maintenance & services requests: building related issued, office equipments, water dispensers, coffee machines, updating administrative requests database
- monthly update of Freescale Romania organization chart
- handle petty cash for small amounts payments
- to run small errands when necessary (mail office, prints, shopping etc.)
- to manage business cards orders and distribution
- to offer training for the new employees regarding office equipment use, when needed
- to administrate the catering services for Freescale Romania employees
- to be in charge with recording and distribution of the lunch, fitness and Taxi vouchers
- to edit all the necessary purchasing documents according with Freescale purchasing policy
- to gather relevant offers and make comparisons according with Freescale purchasing policy
- to manage the relation with Freescale supplier and to accomplish all the necessary tasks regarding purchasing orders
- to maintain the relation with the customs authorities
- to make all the necessary modifications in inventory database
- to maintain the relation with local travel agency in order to assure hotel and transport reservations
- to offer support to the Office Manager in related activities


CERINTE

- 1-2 years experience on a similar position
- High-school graduate / Student / University graduate
- English – fluent
- Very good communication skills, pro-activity, customer oriented attitude
- Very good planning and organization skills
- PC skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in a similar job in a multinational environment is a plus
