RESPONSABILITATI

- Act as a switchboard operator, dispatch all incoming calls to appropriate department and person, takes messages when the requested person is not available and inform him/her afterwards -orally or by sending an electronic mail
- Take calls as soon as possible
- Send faxes; check incoming faxes constantly during the working day and distribute them by the mail boxes
- Receive and register all incoming express mail. Receive all incoming mail and distribute it by the departments’ mail boxes
- Greet visitors. Make sure they get registered in the visitors’ book and no one goes into the office without a “Visitor” badge or a permission of the person they came to visit
- Coordinate the reservation of the conference rooms
- Coordinate contractor drivers work
- Follow the approved working schedule, internal rules and policies of the Company
- Organize business trips for the office personnel - tickets order, hotel reservation, transportation
- Perform printing and duplicating


CERINTE

- university degree
- experience in office administration
- secretarial skills, personal assitance
- fluency in English - written and spoken
- French knowledge would be a plus
- very good communication skills
- serious, responsible, organized
