Acts as a first interface between the company’s employees and outsiders. Greets visitors, ascertains the nature of business and directs or conducts them to the appropriate person.
Answers the general incoming calls and gives information to callers, directing the calls to the appropriate official.
Provides general company information, makes appointments.
Registers all documents entered in the company .Files and distribute correspondence, documents and other records inside of the company’s headquarters.
Highschool / University Graduated
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Good command of English
Communicative, quick learner and very flexible, able to work under pressure
Able to maintain the activity's confidentiality
